San Sebastian Del Oeste. A jewel of the time. San Sebastian is a jewel of the time nestled in the heart of the Sierra Madre Mountains; it is just two and a half hours away from Puerto Vallarta. This picturesque town dates back to the 17th century; in the Spanish Colonial Time It was once a prosperous silver mining town. It still retains much of the feel of colonial life. And a rare sense of tranquility and beautiful simplicity of life. This tour is designed for people looking to venture in to the most remote wealth of Mexico. We go in our air conditioning Bus and our first stop will be to taste the coffee at this ancient coffee plantations. Then we will take a walk in its cobblestone streets to admire its colonial architecture, the 18th century church, old haciendas and the colorful village square passing mules and a sleepy way of life far removed from the rest of the world We will stop at Miss Conchitas house where we will listen to narrate her own History and will see her collection of objects that make of this a real museum.
